I work with clients to promote sustained weight loss and optimal health.

My weight loss programme aims to develop a long-term eating plan that is bespoke to your individual needs. The programme takes place over eight weeks and will include one initial and two follow-up consultations and ongoing support. You will also receive the tools you need to implement my recommendations (bespoke menu plan, recipes, shopping list etc.) and feedback to support you in achieving your goals.

A detailed assessment of your medical history and food diary in advance of your first appointment.

A referral for testing (if necessary).

One 50 minute initial and two 30-45 minute follow-up consultations online or in my Dublin clinic.

Personalised recommendations and a bespoke meal plan (including recipes and a shopping list) taking into account your dietary preferences, food sensitivities, and lifestyle factors, making it easy for you to follow and enjoy.

Access to a food and mood journal.

Access to a measurements journal to track progress.

Ongoing support, guidance, and accountability through your own client portal chat directly to me throughout the length of your programme.
