Sports Nutrition Programmes

Nutrition plays a key role for anyone participating in sport who wants to fulfill their maximum potential.

I have a special interest in supporting amateur and professional athletes across a range of sports. I spent five seasons as the Club Nutritionist for the Premier Leagues Clubs Watford FC and Fulham FC, where I supported players’ body composition, performance, recovery, immunity, and overall health. I have also lectured in Sports Nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

Every athlete has individual nutritional requirements depending on their sport, life stage, health status, body composition and training programme. My aim is to develop a programme that will consider your goals, dietary preferences, training schedule, time constraints, and lifestyle.

Some of the areas I support include:

  • Fuelling Strategies

  • Enhanced Recovery Techniques

  • Performance Enhancement

  • Body Composition

  • Functional testing

  • Supplement plans

First Consultation

The first consultation lasts for fifty minutes. Before your appointment  you will be sent a questionnaire to complete (medical history and a food diary). During your appointment we will discuss your goals, health concerns, and agree a personalised programme that fits in with your lifestyle, budget and dietary preferences. Your programme will be emailed to you within two working days of our consultation and will include the following:

  • Your personal recommendations.

  • A sample meal plan.

  • A supplement programme (if necessary).

  • A referral for testing (if necessary).

2

Follow-Up Consultation

Typically, I advise clients to attend a follow-up consultation approximately four to six weeks after the initial consultation. Follow-up consultations generally last between thirty to forty-five minutes. The purpose of this session is to assess progress to date and make any necessary adjustments to the program.

Depending on your progress, additional consultations may be recommended. In most cases, clients benefit from two to three consultations over a three-month period.

Six- Week Package

Because it takes time to form new habits I often work with clients on a six week programme.

Packages includes:

  • An initial  private nutrition consultation.

  •  Two follow-up consultations to assess progress to date and make any necessary adjustments to the programme.

  • Extensive support throughout the six weeks.

  • Access to your own client portal where you can share your meals and track your progress.

I met with Caroline and instantly felt that she understood my issues and that she could help. This may sound dramatic but it's turned my life around.
