I offer consultations online and at my clinic in Dublin providing evidence-based, tailored nutrition and lifestyle advice to optimise their chances of achieving a healthy pregnancy.

Fertility Nutrition Programmes

I started my fertility journey relatively late in life so was very conscious of my own egg quality and how this may impact my chance of conceiving and also sustaining a healthy pregnancy. I sadly experienced recurrent miscarriages between my pregnancies. However, I firmly believe that nutrition played a key role enabling me to fall pregnant and have two healthy pregnancies. My own experience has made me passionate about supporting others in their journey.

I have worked with hundreds of individuals and couples trying to conceive whether naturally or with assisted technologies and supported many through their pregnancies and beyond.

By taking a detailed case history, I aim to uncover and address any factors which may be causing fertility problems. Where necessary, I can also refer you to your GP and/or privately for functional testing such as blood tests for vitamins and minerals, hormone tests or vaginal microbiome tests.

Some of the areas I support include:

  • Optimal nutrition for egg and sperm quality

  • Recurrent miscarriage

  • Weight management

  • Supporting medical conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis

  • Functional testing

  • Supplement plans

You can find out more about the consultation process and fees here. Do feel free to get in touch if you would like to learn more about working with me, or to book your own consultation.

First Consultation

The first consultation lasts for fifty minutes (1.5 hours for couples). Before your appointment  you will be sent a questionnaire to complete (medical history and a food diary). During your appointment we will discuss your goals, health concerns, and agree a personalised programme that fits in with your lifestyle, budget and dietary preferences. Your programme will be emailed to you within two working days of our consultation and will include the following:

  • Your personal recommendations.

  • A sample meal plan.

  • A supplement programme (if necessary).

  • A referral for testing (if necessary).

2

Follow-Up Consultation

Typically, I advise clients to attend a follow-up consultation approximately four to six weeks after the initial consultation. Follow-up consultations generally last between thirty to forty-five minutes (1 hour for couples). The purpose of this session is to assess progress to date and make any necessary adjustments to the program.

Depending on your progress, additional consultations may be recommended. In most cases, clients benefit from two to three consultations.

Six- Week Package

Because it takes time to form new habits I often work with clients on a six week programme.

Packages includes:

  • An initial  private nutrition consultation.

  •  Two follow-up consultations to assess progress to date and make any necessary adjustments to the programme.

  • Extensive support throughout the six weeks.

  • Access to your own client portal where you can share your meals and track your progress.

I met with Caroline and instantly felt that she understood my issues and that she could help. This may sound dramatic but it's turned my life around.
