Service Description

Because it takes time to form new habits I often work with clients on a six -week programme. This includes one private consultation and two follow-up consultations. Extensive support is also included throughout the length of your package through a client portal where you can share your meals, track your progress, ask questions and gain ongoing support and feedback.
